OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2011. Karelia-ROSNO branch of ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has concluded a fish insurance contract with Forelevodcheskoye Khozyaistvo Segozerskoye Ltd., a subsidiary of Russkoye More Group. The contractual insurance amount is 105,972,750 roubles.

The insurance contract covers the fish biomass (rainbow trout type) inhabiting the water area of Segozero Lake in the Republic of Karelia.

The contractual insurance protection includes such risks as loss, forced withdrawal from the water habitat or elimination due to infectious diseases, natural disasters (drought, unusually high temperature in the summer, flood, high water, landslide, soil creep, mudslide, torrential rains, etc.), introduction to the water habitat of any unusual physical, chemical or biological reagents, unlawful third-party actions, fish stealage. The contract will be valid for 1 year.
