OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2011. Recently, China First Heavy Industries' energy management system, constructed by Baosight Software, is put into operation in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. The project is domestic energy conservation demonstration project in the heavy equipment industry as well as the first energy management project in the equipment manufacturing industry that Baosight undertakes.

With the support of modern monitoring technology and information technology, energy management system carries out a full range of monitoring and management in energy performance, energy planning, energy balance and consumption analysis through on-site energy data collection, processing, analysis, processing and unified control.

In recent years, energy conservation&emission reduction situation is becoming increasingly grim in China. Building material, chemical, heavy equipment and energy management industries are faced with prevalent status of obsolete equipment and low level management. Baosight Software seizes market opportunities and actively explores the road to informational energy conservation&emission reduction. With its accumulated rich experience in energy management system in the steel industry, Baosight Software develops cross-cutting energy management system business.

Based on in-depth analysis of client needs and CFHI technical process, Baosight Software made a set of customized energy management mode and adopts the new software platform. In the actual construction process, due to large amount of energy media in heavy equipment industry and integration complexity, the project team had to adopt the manner of transforming and implementing at the same time, which caused many difficulties for on site programming and debugging. In order to avoid the cold northern climate, the project construction period per year lasted only half a year from April to October, time was limited. The project team used break time for on-site maintenance and other improvements and debugging. During the late period of the project, Baosight provided a professional and systematic training for CFHI scheduling and operating staff  to enhance their skills in energy management systems.

It is reported that the project is smoothly put into operation in time and with assured quality. It has been highly acclaimed by CFHI and laid the foundation for further cooperation between the two sides. Baosight Software will gradually undertake the construction of two energy management system projects of CFHI based in Shanghai and Tianjin.
