OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2011. Koks was visited by specialists from the German company Beroa NovoCOS. One of the goals of the working visit was to review the work of NovoCOS-produced equipment purchased by Koks in 2008.

Beroa NovoCOS is a widely recognized developer of technology for repairing coking ovens using the ceramic welding method. In 2008, Koks became one of the first Russian companies to adopt the new equipment made by Beroa NovoCOS to prepare the surfaces of refractory masonry in the furnace chambers of coking batteries for repair by ceramic welding. This method was used to repair the furnace of coking batteries No. 4-5.

While visiting the factory, Rainer Linden, Technical Director of Beroa NovoCOS, and Industrial Engineer Friedhelm Buderat gave high marks to the professionalism of the coking department's repair personnel in terms of their repair work and their servicing of NovoCOS equipment. The parties expressed mutual satisfaction with their partnership and voiced their readiness to continue their collaboration.
