NTT DATA CORPORATION (President and CEO: Toru Yamashita; Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo), through its German subsidiary itelligence AG (CEO: Herbert Vogel; Head office: Bielefeld, Germany), acquired 60% of 2C change a/s (CEO/Partner: Nicolaj Vang Jessen; Head office: Horsens, Denmark).

itelligence AG acquired 60 percent of the shares outstanding of 2C change a/s on June 14 .
2C change a/s is SAP full service provider in Denmark and Norway, and largest Danish-owned SAP partner.
This acquisition will enable NTT DATA Group to gain access to 2C change a/s 's know-how and experienced and skilled resources.
It will be also possible for NTT DATA Group to provide wider variety of support for clients and increase SAP business volume in the mid-market of Nordics.
