Since 10.06.2011 the ordinary registered interest bonds of PJSC "MEGABANK" of Н series are included into the Quote list of PFTS of the second level on the basis of Operational administration of PFTS № 0906/2011/02 from 09.06.2011 (code in trade (commercial) system is OMGBH).

A payment of coupon yield quarterly and offers annually are provided by conditions of bond issue. The term of bonds circulation is 5 years. The total volume of bond issues of Н series is 50 mln.UAH. An indicated yield for 1st-4th coupon term is fixed at 14% level.

14.06.2011 ordinary nominal interest bonds of PJSC "MEGABANK" of H series are included into the second level of listing of stock exchange register of PJSC “Ukrainian Stock Exchange” on the basis of decision № 313 from 10.06.2011 of Quotation committee.

The primary distribution of bonds of "MEGABANK" of H series has been done on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange. The conditions of bond issues provide payments of coupon income quarterly and offer yearly. Bonds circulation term is 5 years. The total volume of issue of bonds of H series is 50 mln. UAH. An indicated yield for the 1st – 4th coupon period is fixed on 14% level.
