OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2011. ОАО Nizhnekamskneftekhim distributed dividends for the year 2010.

The decision on distribution of dividends in the amount of 117.6% of nominal and preferred shares par value was taken at the annual meeting of the company stockholders held on April 15, 2010.

Issuer current return was paid in accordance with the active legislation on joint stock companies and Statute of JSC  Nizhnekamskneftekhim within 60 days from the day of decision making thereof.

Dividend rate amounted to 30% of net profit at 2010 year end and 17 times exceeded the pay-offs received by the shareholders for the year 2009.

Dividends have been paid in full. Total dividend rate amounted to 1,893,153,943.00 rubles on nominal shares and 257,524,890.00 rubles on preferred shares.
