OREANDA-NEWS. June 14, 2011.  Eurolawyer Awards Ceremony held at the Law Society of England and Wales for leading CIS and European legal departments within the framework of the Fourth CIS-EU Legal Forum: Eurolawyer 2011.

The Legal Department of ARMZ Uranium Holding was named winner in the nomination for “CIS Legal Department of the Year: Best International M&A Deal”, for providing support of transactions on consolidation of the controlling stake of Uranium One Inc., a Canadian public company, and acquisition of 100% of shares of Mantra Resources Limited, an Australian public company.
