The editors of "Baosteel Training" magazine received a letter from National Library of China: "Baosteel Training" magazine will be permanently collectedly by National General Stack Room. It indicates that the publishing quality and industrial influence of this magazine are highly recognized by the circle, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

National Library of China is one of the largest libraries in the world now. So far its library collection has nearly reached 30 million volumes (pieces), including more than 1300 kinds of internal Chinese periodicals published after the establishment of PRC. National Library of China has set up a specialists' panel to draft strict collection standards and procedures for periodicals, and select the most valuable periodicals for collection from the periodicals published every year in China.

Since renamed in 2007, "Baosteel Training" magazine as an internal periodical serves to study and discuss Baosteel's education and training work, promote Baosteel's management research and build up employees' innovation platform, in a bid to timely and effectively reflect the new trends, new experience, new measure and new achievements in Baosteel's education and training work. In recent years, the magazine has received the honors of "Special award of 2008-2009 national enterprise newspaper and magazine", "Golden Link Award (special award) of 5th Chinese enterprise newspaper ", etc., and has been collected by Shanghai Library.
