Estonian Air Collects Opinions on Its Services
OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2011. Estonian Air launched the campaign called "My Estonian Air”, aiming to develop airline’s products and services further to become better than ever before. For three days already hundreds of Estonians have shared their opinion, reported the press-centre of Estonian Air.
"The project" My Estonian Air "is sort of exciting and unique, because it is a first major corporate strategy project in the aviation which uses crowd-sourcing as a tool,“ said Ilona Eskelinen, PR-Director of Estonian Air. „ The survey, which is carried on through Estonian Air’s social network channels, is aiming to find out opinion of our customers, partners, employees and public in general. We want to listen to their vision on how to develop our product and services, which way should we develop our company and what makes them to be proud about Estonian Air,“ continued Eskelinen.
