OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2011. Effective June 9, 2011 the following parameters of ordinary shares of JSC "IDGC Holding" will be changed:

the number of the company’s ordinary shares on the markets with settlement on  T+0 and T+4 (RTS T+0 market ticker – MRKHG, RTS Standard ticker - MRKHS) will be increased. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 41,041,753,984  shares, after the change – 42,964,067,081 shares, and

the state registration number of the company’s ordinary shares in non-anonymous trading mode(RTS Classica ticker – MRKH) will be changed. New parameters of the state registration number are 1-01-55385-E as of 29.07.2008.

The parameters will be changed, due to cancellation of the individual number (code) 001D of the state registration number 1-01-55385-E-001D as of 06.05.2010 that was assigned to the additional issue.
