OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2011. ALIDI, a leading Russian distribution and logistics company, rents 40,000 sq.m warehouse premises at the PNK-Chekhov logistics park in Moscow Region. The transaction was brokered by the international consulting company, Knight Frank.

The contract for warehouse rental with PNK Group has duration of 7 years. The new ALIDI warehouse will be ready for its first pallet on September 1, 2011, and the company expects to be using all of the available space to meet its logistics contracts by 2012. The complex will be served by up to 400 employees.

The warehouse has been designed to meet specific requirements of ALIDI, and will include specially built operating equipment, lighting and fire suppression system. The complex will also be equipped to the highest quality standards with pallet racks, warehouse service equipment, access control, video surveillance, etc. A WMS system will be deployed.
