OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2011. Emirates will shortly begin its flights to the Northern Capital, reports Pulkovo Airport. From November 1, 2011 one of the major world carriers will be conducting daily flights between Saint-Petersburg and Dubai. The flights will be performed by comfortable wide-body aircrafts Airbus-340-300 and Airbus-330-200, each board offering 3 service classes: first, business and economy.

The passengers will be able now to fly any day on business or tours to UAE round the year. Emirates entry to Saint-Petersburg air market and beginning of round-the-year regular flights will help the Northern Capital develop both inbound and outbound tourism and establish and improve business relations between Dubai and Northern-Western region of the RF. Furthermore, the convenient connection flights at the international airport of Dubai will make it easier for travelers from Saint-Petersburg and the Russian regions to fly to the countries of Middle East, Southern-Eastern Asia, Africa and Oceania.
