OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2011. FAS Russia is considering a petition of “Mailer GHP GmbH” (Registration No. 21892 of 26th April 2011) on acquiring 100% share of the authorized capital of “GPH Direct Rus” Ltd., reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The transaction is subject to preliminary approval under No.57-FZ Federal Law “On the Procedures for Foreign Investments in the Business Entities of Strategic Importance for National Defence and State Security” of 29th April 2008.

In view of the above, under Clause 3.1 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006 FAS Russia has extended the period for petition consideration till 26th July 2011. Interested persons can provide information to the antimonopoly authority as to how the above transaction can affect the state of competition.
