OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2011. ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. has completed a deal announced in December 2010 to purchase 100% shares (137,576,308 pcs) and all the options of Australia-based Mantra Resources Limited that develops a number of assets in Tanzania and Mozambique.

The key project by Mantra Resources Limited is Mkuju River Project in Tanzania with the reserves of more than 39,000 tons of uranium.
