OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2011. An official delegation of Board of Supervision of MCC Limited, which was designated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), conducted an inspection visit to Beijing Central Research & Design Institute for Metallurgical Equipment of MCC (BRIME), reported the press-centre of MCC.

The delegation, consisting of Director-General Liu Guangyong, Director Wang Jin and the other concerned officials, listened to the working report of BRIME. At the meeting, President Zhang Zhanbo of BRIME gave a detailed introduction to the general situation, the operation and management performance in 2010 and the first quarter of 2011, the currently existing problems and the follow-up countermeasures to be taken.

After hearing the update, Director-General Liu Guangyong placed a high premium on the outstanding achievements made by the management team of BRIME during the past one year since the members took up their official posts. Liu briefed the current macro-economic situation of China, as well as the method, purpose and significance of the assessment to be executed by SASAC on the central enterprises. In addition, he put forward the content and requirements of this inspection. Liu pointed out that, BRIME achieved a sound performance in 2010 under a pretty difficult circumstance. Though some difficulties were encountered in the business operation, BRIME gained and maintained a sustainable momentum for further growth. He expected the people of BRIME to bring its unique scientific technology advantages into full play and made greater achievements in the future.

The relevant leaders of BRIME were also present at the meeting.
