OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2011. FAS Russia is considering a petition of “Finpost –Saratov” Ltd. (Registration No. 24400 of 6th May 2011) about acquiring voting shares of “Energotsentr” OJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

In order to obtain additional information, Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006 FAS Russia has extended the period for petition till 5th August 2011.

Interested persons can provide information to the antimonopoly authority as to how the above transaction can affect the state of competition.
