Citibank Clients Choose Modern and Accessible Bill Payment Channels
OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2011. New automatic Mosenergosbyt electricity payment service is now available to Citibank’s clients as a joint project with the United Card Service company and Mosenergosbyt. The payments are automatically debited from the customers’ card/account on a monthly basis with no commission. The debited amount will be equal to the bill amount, calculated by Mosenergosbyt, reported the press-centre of Citibank.
To enroll the new service, customer can call 24-Hour Citiphone Banking or fill in application form in one of Citibank’s branches. To have respective details for enrolment, customer should have a Citibank card and one of the latest paid electricity bills only.
The service provides opportunity to pay electricity bills regardless of the cardholders’ actual addresses. To sign out or make changes to the service, Citibank customer should contact 24-hour CitiPhone Banking or any Citibank branch in Russia.
To control monthly debits customers can check regular statements. Alternatively, they can check card/account transactions history via Citibank Online and Citi Mobile using the Account Information menu. Moreover, Citibank Alerting Service provides online transaction control with sms/email alerts.
