OREANDA-NEWS. June 7, 2011. The subsidiary of Ingosstrakh OJSIC in Perm has concluded a property insurance agreement with Western Ural’s largest entertainment and shopping center “Family” for the total sum of 4.72 bln. rubles.

The agreement insured the property of “Permsky oblunivermag” OJSC (asset holder of the entertainment and shopping center “Family”), including the structural parts of the building, among which supporting and enclosing structures, covering and roofing elements, foundation structures; internal engineering communications, equipment and engineering networks; internal and external finishing of premises, including glazing, shop windows, mirrors.

The insurance policy covers such risks as fire, stroke of lightning, gas explosion, damaging by water, burglary and robbery, improper activity of third persons, falling of manned flying objects or their debris on the insured property, run-over of vehicles. The agreement is concluded for one year.

The subsidiary of Ingosstrakh OJSIC in Perm and the entertainment and shopping center “Family” have been successfully cooperating since 2004.

The entertainment and shopping center “Family” was put into operation in 2004 – 2008, and it is Western Ural’s largest entertainment and shopping center. It presents the operators of well-known Russian and foreign trade marks. The territory of the complex includes a many-hall cinema, a food court, restaurants and coffee houses, a play ground, and also a leisure center for little kids.
