LOCKO Bank representatives attended the 4th Bank Partners Meeting of the Global Trade Finance Program of IFC in Istanbul, where LOCKO Bank was recognized as the Best Issuing bank in Europe and Central Asia for Funded Trade in 2010, reported the press-centre of  LOCKO Bank.

IFC is a shareholder of LOCKO Bank’s and one of the key international partners as well for a number of years under various products and lines of business. One of the most active areas cooperation is the support of foreign trade; participation in the Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) allows LOCKO Bank to offer to its clients attractive solutions to finance trade in all parts of the world.

Earlier LOCKO Bank was recognized as one of the most active participants of EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Program.

Awards for participation in the trade support programs in 2010 received from the leading international financial organization demonstrate growing part of foreign trade financing in the Bank’s portfolio as well as increasing clients’ demand for trade services. Active participation in foreign trade support programs of IFC, EBRD and Eurasian Development Bank helps LOCKO Bank to develop the product offering and provide wider opportunities for complex and tailor-made structuring of external trade transactions.
