OREANDA-NEWS. June 06, 2011. OJSC KAMAZ is presenting its wide model range at the 12th International Specialized Exhibition “Construction Equipment and Technologies’2011” held on these days.

Together with its business partners, domestic manufacturers of special equipment and accessories, KAMAZ offered a wide range of new construction dump trucks, ready-mix trucks, truck cranes and other automotive and construction, lifting and support equipment for the construction industry. It’s a pleasant surprise that the restyled vehicles feature much better specifications and consumer properties than previous models.
Dumpers

Experts and visitors of KAMAZ’s exposition at this year’s main construction exhibition in Russia will see three high-powered models of KAMAZ dump trucks and receive comprehensive information about other models of the most numerous and most popular line of the company’s vehicles.

A new generation of urban dump trucks will be presented by the KAMAZ-43255 (4Ч2) 7 ton capacity truck equipped with a 6.3 cubic meter capacity platform. It was developed on the basis of the well-known KAMAZ-43253 municipal chassis. KAMAZ has recently switched over to manufacturing low-capacity upgraded vehicles equipped with in-line six-cylinder Cummins engines of Series B.

The exhibition will present an updated vehicle which forms the basis of this line – the 15 ton capacity KAMAZ-65115 (6Ч4) with the modern exterior and updated parts and systems. Synergy of new design solutions significantly improved the core consumer features of vehicles on the most popular chassis of KAMAZ – the best seller both in years of economic recovery and in crisis times.

A heavy class of dump trucks will this time be presented by a 19.5 ton payload four-wheel drive model KAMAZ-65222 (6Ч6). The practice of operation of the new machine shows that the tipper on the basis of this three-axle chassis saves a driver from troubles of any kind when driving off-road, maneuvering, loading and unloading.
Truck Cranes and Car Lifts

The special equipment of the demonstrated samples of lifting equipment on the basis of KAMAZ chassis is produced by domestic factories in the cities of Galich and Klintsy, as well as by the Italian company – Socage. By the way, this and other special equipment in the exposition of the company will be offered to visitors by specialists from the plants manufacturing these superstructures. Four mobile truck cranes on updated chassis feature 50 ton payload and 50 meter boom reach. The exhibition will present the following models: KS-55717K-3R on KAMAZ-43118 (6Ч6), KS-55721 on KAMAZ-6540 (8Ч4), KS-65719-1K on KAMAZ-6540 (8Ч4) and KS-65713-5 on KAMAZ-6560 (8Ч8). The last car in this list can be called "a high-tech construction vehicle of our time". Initially, the four-axle KAMAZ-6560 chassis, unique in its technical and operating characteristics, was designed for execution of export orders for trucks of the transport family. But soon domestic transportation carriers also started buying such vehicles for their fleets. And now this chassis brings construction automobile equipment to a new level. The knee-type Socage DA-26 car lift is this time mounted on KAMAZ-43114 (6Ч6) chassis.
Building "Haulers"

Long-haul tractors are very rarely presented at building exhibitions. It is much easier to imagine them as parts of combinations with the "classical" semi-trailers. KAMAZ took a wide step towards upgrading and improving its vehicles designed for transportation of construction cargoes in accordance with the call of the time. The KAMAZ-5460 (4Ч2) will be demonstrated at the exhibition with a bitumen carrier of model 96487S as a 25 ton capacity semi-trailer tank manufactured by Sespel, Cheboksary. The KAMAZ-6460 (6Ч4) with the NEFAZ-9509 tipping semitrailer can transport bulk construction and industrial loads weighing up to 28.5 tons. These trucks will make their drivers’ working conditions and transportation safety compliant with the world standards.

"Concrete" KAMAZ Vehicles

The ABN-32 autoconcrete pump and the ABS-58147 inclined-axis mixer are installed on KAMAZ-65115 (6Ч4) chassis. This special equipment is made at Tuimazy Concrete Delivery Truck Works, a subsidiary of OJSC KAMAZ.
