Young Professionals Programme to Start at ProCredit Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. June 06, 2011. The main purpose of ProCredit Bank’s new Young Professionals Programme is to develop and recruit highly talented and involved employees, reported the press-centre of ProCredit Bank.
25 participants selected in a competitive selection process will study banking in all its detail during 6 months within ProCredit Bank. The programme provides theoretical as well as practical studies directly related to the financial field. On-the-job training in branches is provided as well as project assignments and lectures by experiences specialists. The monthly stipend offered to participants during the programme is UAH 2,000 monthly. Anyone up to 25 years old, with a completed higher education and upper-intermediate English level can enter the competition.
"Young Professionals Programmes have started very successfully in other banks of the ProCredit group; in Bulgaria, Albania, Moldova and Kosovo. In Serbia employees, having completed the 6-month programme, have been recruited into the bank. Ukraine will now join this unique project to give young experts the opportunity to prove themselves and specialize in the field of banking.The bank confirms its cooperation with motivated and talented high-potential employees", - says Oleksandr Povshedniy, Executive Director.
