OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2011. VTB Bank has won electronic tender held by Kaliningrad аdministration to enter into municipal contracts to lend to the city budget, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank.      

VTB and city аdministration signed RUB 700 million contracts in Kaliningrad.

Funds will be channeled into major Kaliningrad budget cost items for social stability of the city.

Citing Valery Lukyanenko, Member of VTB Bank Management Board, “VTB is traditionally cooperating with administrations of constituents and municipal entities of the Russian Federation, helping the regions successfully deal with economic, social and financial challenges.
