On Tuesday, May 31, the UX index closed 0.55% up at 2513.25pp on thin volume of UAH 145mn. Most sectors moved higher but not much. Banks rose 0.37% with USCB and BAVL adding 0.50% and 0.23%, respectively. MSICH (+0.31%) and UTLM (+1.07%) were in demand while SGOK (+3.44%) recouped its heavy losses the day before. Iron & Steel sector was in the slight red as AVDK (-0.27%), AZST (-0.04%) and ALMK (-0.05%) eased a bit and only ENMZ (+0.45%) managed to book the gain. On the foreign exchanges Ferrexpo moved up 4.93% while Avangard erased 2.7%.
