Rakhat (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on June 28, 2011 at 16:00 o'clock the annual general meeting of the Company's shareholders is to start, with issues on the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- composition and term of office of the company's audit commission;

- report of the Company's Board of Directors on Y2010 operations;

- approval of the Company's Y2010 annual consolidated financial statements;

- approval of Y2010 net income distribution procedure;

- consideration of shareholders' claims over actions of the Company and its officers and results.

The meeting is to be held at Zenkov str. 2a, Almaty.
