OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2011. IBA received a reference from Gomelenergo, a Belarusian power engineering enterprise. IBA implemented the project on development, customization, and implementation of the SAP ERP 6.0-based information system to manage procurement of Gomelenergo. The system allows for automation of the following tasks, reported the press-centre of IBA:

Forming the requirements related to the address objects

Parsing the limits of the requirements and the budget

Distributing notifications on the status of the application campaign

Procurement budgeting in the system

Creating an annual procurement program

Controlling the procurement budget

Controlling the proper use of material and technical assets.
