OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2011. The National Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan reports that up to date it was spent 40.8% of concessional loans to businesses provided this year.

SOFAZ executive director Shirzad Abdullayev informs that this year concessional loans for 51 million manat have been given to 669 entrepreneurs.

"Of them, 43.7 million manat of loans were given for 38 large investment projects, and 7.3 million manat for 631 small projects,” Abdullayev emphasized.

This year, the Fund plans to extend loans for 125 million manat, including 91 million manat due to repayment of the previously given loan finances and 34 million manat at the expense of budget assignments designed for 2011.
