OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2011. 2010 was marked by a row of financial and structural successes for Tsesnabank proving its continuous dynamic advancement and strong position, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Last year the Bank extended its product range focusing on retail banking and plastic card business.

Tsesnabank is active at expanding its branch network. A nineteenth branch was opened in Ekibastuz in 2010 along with another 14 additional spaces countrywide. Almaty branch however is the most important spot.

The Bank's performance is acknowledged abroad. In July, Tsesnabank was awarded prizes from leading international financial institutions, Citigroup and Commerzbank AG, for co-operation with foreign counterparts and high quality of services. The said awards witness of good customer service, dynamic correspondent relationships, and high-quality payment processing, efficient payment techniques used. Base upon Y2010 results, Tsesnabank was named the best foreign partner of the International Money Transfers System "LEADER" an awarded another "Golden Certificate".

The Bank successfully repaid the USD125 m 3-year bonds in February 2010 confirming its solid position and right strategy for the crisis times

Tsesnabank takes an active part in government-backed programs of support for entrepreneurship, including the Road Map-2020 aimed at subsidizing and warranting of new and existing service and production ventures.
