OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2011. The Government is ready to compensate for Ukrainian transporters to 100% loan for the purchase of new buses Ukrainian production. This was announced by vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Infrastructure Borys Kolesnikov in the result of the International Transport Forum (MTF), which runs in Leipzig (Germany).

"The state should keep the game from a completely transparent business. If the carrier is buying new buses, the state will provide conditions for its work, but carry on "cattle" people we do not. We will not allow trucks to convert in the future under the bus passengers, as they were built on a completely different design schemes ", - said vice Prime Minister.

"The state should conduct absolutely transparent game with business. If the carrier buys new buses, the state will provide conditions for its work, but we shall not drive people on “killed” basses. We shall not allow to convert cargo buses under passenger, in fact they were constructed on absolutely different design", - the vice Prime Minister emphasized.

"We are ready to compensate 100% of the credit - that is, the full rate of the credit for purchase buses of domestic production. The position of the state is: buy buses of the big capacity of domestic production, and the state will help you. This rules we shall enter since July, 1 of this year", - Borys Kolesnikov noted.

The vice Prime Minister emphasized, that there were no censures from carriers, the Ministry of Infrastructure significantly will improve the Procedure of carrying out of competitions on passenger transportations: "We shall make competitions absolutely opened: envelopes will be opened at the presence of autocarriers - such never was earlier".

"We should dispose any obstacles for business development. But business should understand: the economy of transportation by bus of the big capacity is much rational, than small and converted which, especially, bears threat of a security of passengers", - Borys Kolesnikov noted.
