OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2011. UVK top management visited an international exhibition Transport Logistic in Munich. Commercial director of UVK Yuriy Avdysh comments this international exhibition.

"The exhibition is rightly called the largest international event in the logistics market, transportation and supply chain management. This year, there were maximum number of visitors - 51 000. I am deeply impressed by the level of organization of the event! The atmosphere was very business-oriented. We visited a number of forums that are relevant for the further development of our business.

"SMART technology for logistics" - for this moment the complexity of the logistics processes is constantly growing and there is need of optimization and acceleration of information flow. This can be possible through effective IT solutions that were implemented by many players in the logistics market.

"City Supply Chain Today and Tomorrow", where was discussed new forms of cooperation between retail and logistics.

"Green Logistics successful climate protection" - it was one of the most popular forums on the show. If our market is not ready for such programs, European companies investing heavily in programs environment protection. Ukraine has successfully implemented several projects CSR, but not in the logistics market. And UVK treats them in the future.

Separate conference was dedicated to potential of logistics in Eastern European countries.
