OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2011. The Bank of Moscow held promo-activities to promote ICE Credit card in Moscow universities. The students of the Moscow State University of International Relations, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow Auto-Mechanic Institute, Russian State Humanitarian Institute, Moscow Institute of the Railway Transport Engineers and the Moscow Technical University of Communication and Computer Science took part in the promotional event.

The Bank of Moscow offered a possibility to issue ICE Credit Cards right in the university. Over 600 ICE Credit Cards were issued during the promotional event.

The ICE Credit Card has been developed specially for youngsters. The ICE is a card combining functions of the international student identity card, discount and credit card. The card holders are offered to use credit limit in the amount of 10 thousand rubles with a possibility of its further increase, and to get discounts of the International Student Association (ISIC).

The card also provides the transport application (cashless payment for the Moscow subway trips), free Web-banking и sms-informing, and the amount of the monthly commission fee for the card account servicing is only 69 rubles.

To obtain a card it is enough to submit a passport and a memo from the higher education institute or a student identity card or post-graduate identity card.

The students, who have had no time to file applications within the framework of the promotional event, may apply for the service to any branch of the Bank of Moscow in Moscow and Moscow Region.
