During the seminar, representatives of state institutions and experts from USAID / Biztar presented the major changes that are implemented to simplify doing business in Moldova. During the seminar they presented the main findings of the World Bank Doing business-2011, in which Moldova was on the 90 th place, down three points as compared with 2010 in particular, for ease of starting business of Moldova won the 94-th place, worsening their rates by 16 points.

Positive changes occurred in obtaining building permits - 159 th place (163rd - in 2010). Other Ratings: registration of property - 18 - place (-1 point), getting credit - 89-e (-2), to protect the interests of investors - 109-e (-1), tax payments - 106-e (-4 ), International Business - 141-e (no change), the execution of contracts - 20-e (no change), the closure of businesses - 92 th place (-1).

According to forecasts of USAID / Biztar, through the introduction of recent reforms in 2012 Moldova will rise by 6 points in the ranking of the business - up to 84 th place in the world.
