OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2011. Nordea Bank has provided a 12-month loan of 260 million RUB to the Administration of Stary Oskol City District, Belgorod Oblast, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The loan agreement was signed after the Bank had won in an open bidding held by the Administration.

The Administration will utilize the loan to cover the budget deficit of Stary Oskol City District, Belgorod Oblast.
