OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of “Arawak Energy Russia B.V.” about acquiring the rights that allow determining the conditions for entrepreneurial activities of “Lineinoye” Ltd., reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, FAS Russia has extended the period for petition consideration by two months in order to additionally examine the petition as well as obtain additional information to make a decision about the petition as it was established that the transaction in question may result in restricting competition.
