OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2011. BANK URALSIB (Bank) (RTS: USBN) is pleased to announce that Moody’s Investors Service has changed the outlook on the BANK URALSIB’s credit ratings Negative to Stable.

On May 23, 2011, Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the standalone D- bank financial strength rating (BFSR) and Ba3 long-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings of BANK URALSIB. The outlook was improved from Negative to Stable.

According to the press release of Moody’s Investors Service the revision of the outlook on URALSIB’s ratings to Stable reflects the substantial decrease of the bank’s aggregate exposure to related parties, as represented by loans and investments in securities as well as the stabilization of the bank’s loan portfolio quality.
