ABC Hosts Summit Forum on OTC Market
OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2011. E-banking Department of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC), in cooperation with The Founder magazine, successfully held the “Embracing New Market for Fast-Growing Enterprises – Summit Forum on OTC (Over The Counter) Market” in Beijing, reported the press-centre of ABC.
In the forum, leaders from banks, investment banks and investment institutions presented wonderful speeches on issues regarding overall institutional design of the OTC Market and whether fast-growing enterprises should consider being listed on the OTC Market, etc. About e-Banking, the guests made in-depth and detailed discussions centering on “In what ways does e-Banking facilitate the development of fast-growing enterprises”.
They fully introduced basic functions and featured services of the Corporate Online Banking products and services of ABC and effectively conveyed the service concept of the e-Banking brand “Golden Online”.
ABC has been dedicated to service innovation in e-Banking. In order to satisfy diversified needs of various corporate customers, ABC has recently launched four corporate online banking systems, namely “Zhirui”, “Zhibo”, “Zhixin” and “Zhiyi”. According to a relevant officer from the e-Banking Department, the corporate online banking system “Zhirui” is a specialized version of online banking system provided by ABC that is tailor-made for small and medium enterprises (SME).
It provides SMEs with optimized and inclusive services including account management, payment and settlement, group finance, cash management, foreign exchange services, investment, entrusted collection/payment, e-Commerce and supply chain financing etc., and gives SMEs access to various online financial services that are only normally available to large groups. By the end of March 2011, ABC had 920,000 corporate online banking customers, with a total transactions amount of more than RMB200 trillion.
