DORUS Ranked PrivatBank among Leaders in Customer Service
OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2011. According to research conducted by the service audit company DORUS, AS “PrivatBank” took 3rd place in the “Customer Service Level and Sales” category, leaving behind many largest Latvian banks, such as Swedbank, SEB banka, Nordea and Krajbanka. The research was conducted for a second time and, compared to the data of 2010, AS “PrivatBank” showed the highest rates of service level increase, reported the press-centre of PrivatBank.
The audit company pointed out that AS “PrivatBank” maintains high level of customer service, customers’ wishes are clarified, the bank’s employees provide customers with all necessary information about deposit possibilities, explain customers the advantages that they will gain by opening a deposit, offer additional services, the bank’s employees are polite and kind.
The audit company representatives visited the branches of 12 Latvian banks, trying to find out the possibilities of making a deposit of 5,000 – 8,000 euro for one year, and evaluated the quality of customer service in these banks.
