OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2011. The Securities and Stock Market State Commission of Ukraine registered the capital increase of PJSC "BANK FORUM" by 34%, or by 1,5 bn UAH, to 5,9 bn UAH. The capital increase was made by means of a private placement of ordinary registered shares with the par value of 10 UAH each. As a result Commerzbank’s share in the statutory capital of the Bank made up 95,91%. The decision to increase the statutory capital of the Bank was made at the General shareholders meeting of the Bank on October 14, 2010, reported the press-centre of BANK FORUM.
