OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2011. Rostelecom (RTS and MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) hereby announces the decision of the board of directors to convene the annual general shareholders meeting on the results of 2010.

According to a decision of the board of directors the annual general meeting of shareholders of Rostelecom will be held on June 27, 2011.  In the Congress Center at the International Trade Center at the following address: Krasnopresnenskaya naberezhnaya 12, Moscow.

In addition, the board of directors set the date for those eligible to attend the annual general meeting of shareholders (the record date) as May 10, 2011.
