Starting from May 19, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of OJSC "O2TV" (state registration number 1-02-12479-A-001D as of 09.12.2010) will be admitted to trading in OJSC RTS in the amount of 40,000,000 shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS markets under the same tickers (RTS Classica market ticker ODVA, RTS T+0 market ticker ODVAG). The number of ordinary shares before the change – 100,000,000 shares, after the change – 140,000,000 shares.
