According to the rating “Industrial Elite of Russia - Top 100 Industrial Managers, 2011” arranged for the first time in Russia as part of a new non-profit portal project "Production Management", Nail Ibragimov, Member of the Board of Directors, First Deputy Director General for Operations - Chief Engineer of TATNEFT and Zakir Fairuzov - First Deputy Director on Production Development of Tatneft-Neftekhimin, joined the list of TOP 100, reported the press-centre of Tatneft.

The "TOP 100" list included business leaders, their deputies and senior production staff experts, who supervise implementation of successful production management projects, participate in implementation of large-scale projects and carry out systematic work to improve the efficiency of production activities.

Information Reference
The assessment of the Russian enterprises managers’ activity was made based on the survey results of over 500 distinguished experts, who determined the most successful production managers, who demonstrated the most significant results of their businesses development over the past year.

Methodology of Ranking.
Each of the prominent Russian experts was asked to name up to 10 most deserving candidates, who would be appropriate to add in the preliminary list, and assign them their expert judgment from 1 to 10. Then, the estimates obtained from all the experts for each candidate were summed up providing for the rating of the candidate The final list of the best production managers in Russia included 100 candidates, who received the most number of votes.
