(CEO and Co-Founder: David Whitehead; Head office: Ascot, U.K.).

itelligence AG acquired 100 percent of the shares outstanding of CONTEMPORARY plc. on May 17.
CONTEMPORARY plc. is one of Business Analytics solution providers (SAP Business Objects) mainly in the U.K. This acquisition will enable NTT DATA Group to gain access to CONTEMPORARY plc.'s know-how in Business Analytics as well as experienced and skilled resources. It will be also possible for NTT DATA Group to provide wider variety of support for clients and increase SAP business volume in the mid-market of the U.K.
