Vladislav Gyrbu became one of the first employees of the financial company ProCredit founded in December 1999 Since that moment Vladislav Gyrbu occupied a number of responsible posts, in particular, the head of Risk Department (2001-2004), the financial director (2004-2008), the general manager of financial company ProCredit (2008-2010).

From July, 2010 till May, 2011 it worked on a post of the vice-president of board of ProCredit Bank. ProCredit Bank is a part of the bank group ProCredit working in 21 country in the Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa.

It is the international bank with 100 % the foreign capital which shareholders are: ProCredit Holding AG, Germany (84,1652 %), KfW, Germany (9,5628 %) and DOEN Foundation, Holland (6,2719 %).
