OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. Deputy Chairman of INTERPROMBANK’s Board of Directors Rakhamim Emanuilov attended the BJSC  Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2011, held on April 14-16 in China. The Forum formally inaugurated in 2001 has become a high-level gathering of leaders from government, business and academia in Asia and other continents to share their vision on actual development problems of the region and the world at large.

"Inclusive Development: Common Agenda and New Challenges" was the major topic for the jubilee meeting. In the framework of the Forum the following questions as global economy, financial control, capital investments, alternative energy sources implementation were under discussion. The Forum participants also shared their experience and tried to find ways of cooperation in solving common problems.

The BJSC  Forum for Asia 2011 was attended by the Russian delegation led by Dmitry Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation.

On the eve of the event Rakhamim Emanuilov, a member of the Russian delegation, gave an interview to   CNTV, an international TV channel of China, where he emphasized the high importance of the BJSC  Forum giving grounds to compare it with the World Economic Forum in Davos and underlined the urgency of searching ways of further enhancing the influence of Asia-Pacific countries in the world.

The event was attended by more than a thousand politicians, heads of large corporations and scientists from forty countries.
