OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. Companies subordinate to the Agriculture Ministry increased export 20% on the year in January-April 2011 to USD 800 million, Agriculture Minister Mikhail Rusy told reporters on Thursday.

Belarus will export 16,000 tonnes of dry milk to Venezuela by the end of the year, at USD 4.5 per kilogram.

Commenting on exports to Russia, the minister said there was a food balance with that country.

“We signed a bilateral balance, and will have the same sort of document within the Customs Union with Kazakhstan,” he said.
