OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) would like to inform that it has made the following changes to the text of the FAS Russia’s determination issued to enterprises of the group of persons of “United Company RUSAL Limited”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia:

Clause 6.а) of the determination: after the words “LME1 – average quotation at London Metal Exchange Cash Settlement High Grade Primary Aluminium (LME) for the period chosen by “United Company RUSAL Limited”, Russian companies and other economic entities members of the group of persons of “United Company RUSAL Limited” (as well as their legal successors)”, the words “duration 30 consecutive calendar days within two months preceeding the month when the above products were supplied, in Rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia” are replaced with the words “duration up to consecutive calendar days within two months preceeding the month of supply and the month when the above products were supplied, in Rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia”.

The amendments are valid since 28th April 2011 and are applicable to all contract and additional agreements to them concluded by “United Company RUSAL Limited”, Russian companies and other economic entities members of the group of persons of “United Company RUSAL Limited” (as well as their legal successors) after the amendments came into force.
