OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. To provide prompt consultancy service on consumer crediting and explaining crediting terms Unibank is planning to open promo-points in computerware shops “Fine” (Saryan str. 6-7, Yerevan), “Nix” (Saryan str. 12, Yerevan) and “Compas” (Sayat-Nova str. 15, Yerevan). Employees in promo-points will explain the crediting procedure and will assist customers in documents preparation, reported the press-centre of Unibank.

Unibank gives credits for purchase of computerware from the above-listed shops on the following terms: annual interest rate – from 18%, credit period – 24 months, prepayment – 0%. For crediting it is necessary to submit application, passport, social card, and reference from employer. Customer is informed about crediting resolution within 40 minutes.

“As it is known the strategic direction of Unibank’s activity is retail business development. This assumes organization of complex and high-quality service for physical persons. Concurrently with branch network expansion we started foundation of promo-points directly in trade points. Till the end of the year we stipulate to increase the number of our promo-points penetrating into other spheres as well”, said the retail business director Mesrop Hakobyan.

As per the results of 2010, 26.7 mlrd drams or 35.5% from the credit investments of Unibank fell to the share of physical persons crediting. The credit investments to consumer crediting made 24 mlrd drams showing good index in the banking system of RA.
