OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2011. Financial and economic departments of Turkmenistan will develop the project of the state Investment programme.

The decision of the President of Turkmenistan on preparation of this project it is offered to Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economics to organize work and developments of Turkmenistan, as well as under the project of the State budget of Turkmenistan for 2012, the basic directions of social and economic development of Turkmenistan.

The document also defines term of representation of these projects on consideration in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan - till November, 1st, 2011. Till June, 1st, 2011 to the ministries, branch departments, khyakimliks of velayats’ and Ashkhabad city will be directed forms of calculations and methodical instructions for project planning. The document it is offered to the Ministry of Finance of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Economics and developments of Turkmenistan to create working group of experts for preparation of the above-named projects and to organize its effective work.
