OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2011. New I.T. Group company – LLC "IT. Information Management" - is a Russian ECM company, provider of consulting services for document and content management automation.

The I.T. Group entered the ECM market 17 years ago by designing the in-house solution – “BOSS-Referent” document management system. Future years became a period of product development and expansion of deployment practice that finally resulted in one of the strongest ECM practices in Russia. For example, I.T. Co has executed the largest in our country workflow project for the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation: today the document management system, designed on the basis of BOSS-Referent, is used by more than 120 thousand employees. So far I.T.Co has executed hundreds of projects for companies in different industries: Mobile TeleSystems OJSC ("MTS"), ROSNO Insurance company, Federal Service of State Registration, Land Registry and Mapping (Rosreestr), Tele2 Russia, “LUKOIL”, Bashneft, etc.  For the purpose of BOSS-Referent affiliate network and product range development in 2001 I.T.Co established a new vendor company of the same name.

Establishment of the new subsidiary comes logically as the next step in the I.T. Group’s ECM strategy. “IT. Information Management” is a consolidated group of specialists carrying out projects of document and content management systems implementation and providing a wide range of consulting services. Currently the staff of the new company numbers 192 employees and appears to be one of the largest consolidated teams specialized in ECM services.

 “IT. Information management” will be providing consulting services and implement ECM systems aimed to improve the efficiency of business processes related to joint use of information. The number of solutions includes traditional document management, specialized document management systems (insurance, financial, etc.), public services rendering support systems (solutions for multifunctional center, “single window”, etc.), electronic data warehouses and archives, numeric and textual analysis systems. The unique benefit of the consolidated team is the required competencies in implementing complex ECM systems for managing all corporate content, integration of unstructured information into IT-infrastructure and customization of all customer specific processes. Specialists from “IT. Information Management” possess huge professional experience in products of all leading world and Russian vendors: IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, ABBYY, BOSS-Referent, DIRECTUM, etc.

CEO at “IT. Information management” is appointed Georgy Podbutskiy who has been working for I.T. Co since 2001 and previously held the post of deputy commercial director.
