The Arbitration Court of Arkhangelsk region partially granted the claim of IDGC North-West in the face of "Arkhenergo" to JSC "Arkhangelsk Retail Company" ("Arhenergosbyt") about recovery of 5, 1 million rubles. First instance decision will come into the force within a month.

A lawsuit was filed on January,12, 2011. “IDGC North-West” claimed to recover from the "Arhenergosbyt" the debt for rendered electricity transmission services in the period from May to October 2010.
