OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2011. The establishment of protection zone would allow to provide safe operation and maintenance of power facilities.

“Vologdaenergo” for the first time has provided the procedure of registration of protection zone for power transmission lines. In the state cadastre of real estate was included the information about the protection zone of transmission facilities: power line -110 kV Sudskaya 1.2 ", located in the zone of responsibility of the production department Cherepovets electrical network."
Power line -110 kV “Sudskaya1, 2” is a part of the main group of objects that are included in the plan of registration by reason of their passage through the land categories: "land settlements", "agricultural land", "Land of forest fund”.

In accordance with the RF Government Decree of 24.02.2009 № 160 "On the procedure of establishing protection zones for transmission facilities and special conditions of use of land located within the boundaries of such zones”, the establishment of protection zone would allow to provide safe operation and maintenance of power facilities.

Also the establishment of protection zone power line110 kV Sudskaya 1.2 will facilitate the settlement of relations with the owners of land on which the line passes.
